In the web site MyDiadora is possible, on the base of available options, to purchase customized products both in measures and in the aesthetic aspect.
1.Anatomical personalisation
Realize the customizing of your shoes is easy: choose the product that you interested in, therefore you have to insert in a specific form the measures of your feet: length, width, circumference of the first metatarsus and circumference of the instep. For a correct measurement you can follow the instructions proposed by the dedicated video. In order to have the confirmation of the data and realize a product as much as possible suitable to your feet, we ask you to insert your habitual shoe size.
2.Aesthetic personalisation
You can pass to the successive step that foresees the choose of different details: colour of the upper, type of sole, colour of the finishes. After that you can choose and customize the fly: you can insert the flag of your nation, your game number or a number that you like and add your name or nickname.
Once completed you can charge the product in your shopping cart. Just there you can find the summing-up of the configuration that you have referred to your shoes. After controlling, it is possible to modify or confirm the order.
To have a complete vision of the costs, you have to select the country destination of the products: automatically the relative shipping costs will be charged on your bank account.
Before confirming you can add another product.
In any moment it’s possible to consult the list of charged products and control the whole cost of the bill clicking on the relative voice.
Once selection has been completed, you can proceed with the sending of the order.
3.Sending of the order:
In an apposite page you have to insert your record and all the information related to the credit card that you want to use for paying.
4.Payment
Diadora relies on Banca Popolare of Verona and Novara to guarantee an excellent service and the best of security in your transitions.
Modality of payment
To guarantee you a fast and secure service, Diadora accepts only payments with credit cards belonging to the biggest international circuits (Visa and Mastercard) and PagoBancomat.
5.Confirmation of the order, production and shipping of the product
In few hours you’ll receive at your e-mail address the confirmation of Diadora that your Order has been correctly sent. Therefore the bank will announce you if it has authorized the transition. Keep both the confirmations with you, Diadora customer service will be available for every problem.
In few days Diadora will process your Order. You will be contacted by the customer service, who will give you all the details about the start of the production of your shoe.
Your shoes will be hand made in few days. When production is started, Diadora will withdraw the due amount. Production time will last 40 days; during this period the customer service will be available to update you about your order.
Once realized the shoe, it will be delivered by an express DHL Courier at the address indicated in the Order. The customer service will inform you the delivery date and will give you all the information to control your delivery.
In case you find flaws, changes in the Order or damaged merchandise, you can give it back and request the re-debit of the amount already paid or the replacement of the product.
To start the return process, you’ll have to contact the Web Customer Service and send a letter with acknowledgement of receipt or a fax that contains the return request. You will be re-contacted by Diadora who will ask you some information about the start of the procedure and will confirm your request. With the confirmation you’ll receive a number which is the authorisation to send the merchandise and all the indications to rend again the merchandise to Diadora.
The returned products will be accepted only if the product is complete and in its original packaging. As soon as Diadora receives the Products, it will effect the reimbursement for the value of the damaged merchandise with a credit note in your bank account and for the delivery costs or, if requested, will send another product.
The shipping costs for the returning of the merchandise to Diadora won’t be reimbursed.
The return process is as follows:
1° step: replacement request to the customer service through an e-mail to mydiadora@diadora.it and the dispatch of a fax.
2° step: send an authorisation number by the customer service Diadora
3° step: shipment of the merchandise
4° step: check of the integrity of the merchandise and reimburse through credit transfer, replacement of the products if requested.
The products purchased through Diadora customer service are made to measure, so they can’t be returned or replaced if not for flaws innery production.
For every destination Diadora has selected for you the best service and has entrusted the delivery of your packages to DHL Express. The delivery times are indicated in the list here below: they are expressed in days (24 hours) starting from the departure date of the package.

The delivery cost of the merchandise that you’ve ordered, depends from the destination country and includes the packing. A fixed tax of 2.60 € for the booking of the delivery is added at the standard cost: in the form that you have to fill in for the dispatch of your order you’ll have to specify the time preferred for receiving the merchandise.
The cost of your box will be automatically added at the end of your order depending on the destination country.
The relative delivery price, summarized in the order and in the order confirmation, must be paid by the customer.

Attention: “delivery times” is the real time of shipment between warehouse’s disposition of the merchandise and delivery at the indicated address.
Diadora reserves the right to refuse any order if the datas for the customizing are manifestly incorrect or not verifiable or if the delivery at the indicated address is impossible.
